DMDC Group is five companies under one owner — design and architecture, contracting, woodworks, estates and project management. More than 1,200 people; over 350 projects delivered since 2021.
Arabian Ranches is where this site’s one named house stands: Aseel Villa 54, our founder’s own home. The group works here as a resident as much as a builder — transformations of the community’s first-generation villas, held to the standard we hold our own.
Villas in every sub-community of Arabian Ranches 1 and 2, and work at Arabian Ranches 3. This is the community where our own house stands: Aseel Villa is the group’s villa and our show house — the place a client can walk through our joinery, our stonework and our detailing in a finished home rather than a showroom. It won two Luxury Lifestyle Awards in 2026: Best Luxury Residential Renovation Project and Best Luxury Villa Development.
Sub-communities are grouped by phase and named alphabetically within each; houses are not.
