Why most kitchen quotations are not comparable.
A kitchen quotation from a contractor is usually three quotations wearing one cover: cabinetry bought from a supplier, appliances specified by a third party, and installation by whoever is available. Nobody in that chain is accountable for how the doors line up a year later.
We manufacture the cabinetry ourselves, in the group’s own thirty-thousand-square-foot workshop in Dubai Industrial City, which is why we can quote the whole kitchen as one price and stand behind it as one piece of work.
What changes when you own the factory.
Timber is selected by the log rather than the sheet, so grain runs continuously across a run of doors. Sizes are made to the room instead of the room being adjusted to standard carcasses. A change made in week six is a change on the shop floor, not a reorder with a twelve-week lead time.
A kitchen renovation is rarely only a kitchen.
The room usually sits at the centre of the house, so the work reaches further than the cabinetry.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Dubai?
The carcass material, the stone, the appliances and the size of the island move the number more than anything else. Because we manufacture rather than order, we can price the whole kitchen as one figure and hold it — rather than three quotations that shift independently.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Less than a contractor who orders cabinetry, because a change in week six is a change on our shop floor rather than a reorder with a twelve-week lead time. Services and stone templating set the rest of the programme.
Do you make the kitchens yourselves?
Can you match an existing kitchen or design?
Usually. Matching timber and finish is a question of selection rather than ordering, which is the advantage of holding manufacture in-house. Bring a photograph and we will tell you plainly whether it can be matched.
