Design, controlled
Concepts, layouts and drawings move through defined review and approval stages. Once a revision supersedes another, the old one is locked out — it cannot reach site or a supplier by accident.
Procurement, governed
Material requests are checked against the project’s approved allowance before anything is ordered. Purchase orders pass an approval chain by value, and every order carries the evidence behind it.
Planning and site, connected
The programme, the manpower plan and what actually happened on site sit in one place — so variance is visible while there is still time to act on it, not at handover.
Oversight, always on
A read-only layer watches the whole portfolio for stalled items, unanswered questions and anything past its deadline, and shows who needs to act. It reports; it never overrides the people accountable.
