Privately held. Founder-led. Five companies under one roof, so that one team answers for the whole home.

Why the group exists

Ultra-prime projects fail in the gaps — between the designer and the contractor, the contractor and the joiner, the joiner and the site. DMDC was assembled to remove the gaps rather than manage them: a design studio, a contractor, a manufacturer and a developer, privately held under one structure, sequenced as one team.

The group develops homes with its own capital, which keeps the standard honest — every process a client inherits has already been tested at our own risk.
