Why this house is named.
DMDC does not publish villa, plot or apartment numbers. Every other home on this site is described by type, by sub-area and by status — never by address — because our clients did not commission a house in order to have it identified on a contractor’s website.
This one is the exception, and it is the only one. Aseel Villa 54 in Arabian Ranches is the home of DMDC’s founder. The privacy that protects every other address on this site is his to waive, and here he has waived it — so that at least one house can be shown completely, named and located, rather than described at a careful distance.
The house.
It began at 5,395 sq ft and finished at over 7,200. Because the client was the group itself, there was no budget to argue against and no specification to defend — the first house DMDC treated as its own canvas, and the one place where the answer to every question could simply be the best one. It was built to find out what the five companies could do with nothing negotiated away, and then to prove they could deliver it.
