In a proud moment for the DMDC family, the company has been recognised with two distinguished honors at this year’s Architecture Leaders Awards hosted by Design Middle East.

These achievements mark a significant milestone following a year of strategic growth, bold design vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

DMDC secured Lighting Project of the Year for its exceptional work on Villa 54 in Aseel, Arabian Ranches – a project that not only redefines architectural brilliance but also serves as the inaugural success story for the company’s newest division, DMDC Estates.

Launched to focus on the acquisition, renovation, and sale of elite luxury properties, DMDC Estates represents a dynamic extension of the brand’s comprehensive design offering.

Further adding to the evening’s celebrations, Senior Interior Designer Tareq Wahdi was awarded a Highly Commended title, a recognition that speaks volumes of his dedication, leadership, and the creative finesse he brings to each undertaking.
