DMDC awarded the build and fit-out of The Oppenheim Group's Dubai office

DMDC Group has been awarded the build and fit-out of The Oppenheim Group's new Dubai office on Bluewaters Island — the Los Angeles luxury brokerage behind Netflix's Selling Sunset, now opening its first outpost outside North America.

The interior is designed by Catori Home. The joinery is being manufactured in our own workshop at DMDC Woodworks, Dubai Industrial City, before making its way to site.

The Oppenheim Group's Dubai launch — led by managing partner Omar Abaza under group president Jason Oppenheim — was the subject of a substantial feature in the Financial Times on 14 October 2026, which set out the brokerage's case for entering Dubai's super-prime market after the office opened last month with 20 brokers.
