We are proud to announce that our CEO, Raji Daou, has been featured in Construction Week’s prestigious Power 150 List - joined by some of the region’s most influential minds in construction, interior design, and development.

The 16th edition of the annual ranking was revealed this June, divided into six categories: Top Developers, Contractors, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Designers & Architects, and Legal Consultants.

To create this list, Construction Week did a rigorous shortlisting process that evaluated the total value of projects launched in the past year, company revenue in 2024 and projections for 2025, CSR efforts in the last 12 months, overall public reputation, and more.

“Raji Daou has had a landmark year leading DMDC through a period of rapid growth and diversification. Over the past 12 months, the company has scaled from a 150-person operation to a multicultural team of over 700 professionals, all while significantly expanding its development strategy,” reported Construction Week.

“No longer focused solely on renovation, DMDC has stepped into full ownership and redevelopment of prime residential assets. Among the standout projects is a 13,500-square-foot, four-storey villa in Dubai Hills Estate’s Emerald Hills, which DMDC acquired as a plot and is developing entirely in-house. Upon completion, it is expected to fetch between $17.7–$19 million (AED65–70 million).”
