Jumeirah Islands
Lakeside mansions on made islands — reworked for owners who bought the view and rebuilt the house.
DMDC Group is five companies under one owner — design and architecture, contracting, woodworks, estates and project management. More than 1,200 people; over 350 projects delivered since 2021.
Jumeirah Islands is a first-generation community whose houses are older than their owners’ ambitions. The group’s work here is transformation: structure, services, interiors and gardens, taken back to the slab where the brief demands it — island by island, quietly.
Villas across nearly every cluster on Jumeirah Islands. The community’s houses share a small number of original types, which means most work here begins with the same question: how far a standard plan can be taken before it becomes a rebuild. We have answered it in both directions — extensive internal reconfiguration within the original envelope, and full reconstruction where the plan could not carry what the owner wanted.
Work here is described by type and setting; houses are not named.
Some of our work in Jumeirah Islands — deliberately not all of it. Most of what we have remade on these lakes is never published; the record is shown in person.

A whole-home transformation — described by type and status, never by cluster number.

Interior, services and garden renewed as one programme.
Rebuilt to the water’s edge, under one accountability.
Design, engineering, construction and joinery under one accountability — with island access and approvals sequenced by one team.
