Jumeirah Golf Estates
Villas built and transformed fairway-side in every community at Jumeirah Golf Estates.
DMDC Group is five companies under one owner — design and architecture, contracting, woodworks, estates and project management. More than 1,200 people; over 350 projects delivered since 2021.
Jumeirah Golf Estates is villa country with a course on either side and a community office that takes its rules seriously. The group has designed, built and renovated here across its named sub-communities — described below the way our clients’ privacy requires.
We have worked in every community at Jumeirah Golf Estates. Whole-villa renovations at Sanctuary Falls, Flame Tree Ridge, Whispering Pines, Sienna Lakes, Wildflower, Lime Tree Valley and Olive Point — all completed — with two more on site at Redwood and Sienna Views. Our work at Sanctuary Falls was named Design & Build Project of the Year at the Architecture Leaders Awards 2026, a jury award rather than a listing. Building here means building against a golf course: sightlines, boundary treatment and landscape are governed by the community as tightly as the house itself, and the design review is correspondingly exacting.
Sub-communities are named; houses are not.
Some of our work in Jumeirah Golf Estates — deliberately not all of it. Beyond the awarded villa most of this work stays unpublished; the record is shown in person.

Design & Build Project of the Year, Architecture Leaders Awards 2026 — one of our own houses.

A developer villa taken from 8,000 to 14,000 sq ft and given everything the owner could want in a house — spa and sauna, gym, cinema room, rooftop garden. Still being built — shown here as an architectural render.
One team, from the first fairway survey to the last handover.
Design, engineering, construction and joinery under one accountability — with the community office’s approvals handled in-house, so the fairways never see the paperwork.
