Al Barari
Garden villas inside Dubai’s greenest master plan — renewed without disturbing the landscape that makes them.
DMDC Group is five companies under one owner — design and architecture, contracting, woodworks, estates and project management. More than 1,200 people; over 350 projects delivered since 2021.
Al Barari’s premise is landscape first, houses second — which makes building here a discipline of protection as much as construction. The group’s work is renewal: villas remade to a private standard while the gardens around them keep growing.
Completed whole-villa renovations at The Nest and The Reserve, and completed apartment fit-outs at Seventh Heaven. Al Barari is the greenest address in Dubai and the one where landscape is not a finishing trade but a design constraint from the outset — planting, water and the relationship between house and garden are settled at concept, not at handover. Work here is judged as much on what happens outside the walls as inside them.
Sub-communities are named; houses are not.
Some of our work in Al Barari — deliberately not all of it. Behind these gardens most of what we have built stays unpublished; the record is shown in person.

A renewal that treated the landscape as a client — described by type and status only.

Interior and joinery renewal inside a protected setting.
Built gently, inside a landscape that was here first.
Design, engineering, construction and joinery under one accountability — with the landscape’s protections written into the programme, not worked around.
