OUR PROCESS
We handle the whole process, from initial designs to project completion.
Our Process
DMDC has extensive experience managing all aspects of a project, whether a new building, renovation of an all or part of an existing building, or interior fit-out of tenant space.
Understanding the goals and requirements of our clients is the first step in our process of project management.
What is the Process?
We combine professional interior design services together with our high end luxury furniture and lighting as a perfect complement to each other, offering a range of packages to suit many requirements and budgets. Our highly-experienced designers are fully qualified in interior design and architecture, enabling them to offer comprehensive professional services for both domestic and larger scale projects.
We realise each and every project is unique and we, therefore, treat each project with a dedicated designer who will work to a world class level with ultimate attention to detail.
Each designer is highly knowledgeable and intuitive. We combine our design experience through to concepts ensuring colours, textures, metals and fabrics all work in harmony to give the final expected result.

Construction
Project management is critical for the success of any project. Therefore, throughout the construction process, we will manage and coordinate with all the suppliers and vendors.
During this process, we will:
-
Develop schedules of contractor deliverables
-
Ensure materials supplied to the project site are the exact specs as per the RFQ
-
Track project budget and schedule weekly
Furniture Procurement
We guide our clients to identify the best quality and value when sourcing contract furniture, which we procure and deliver with white-glove service.
We work with a range of professionals from interior designers, architects, and commercial clients, delivering projects of all sizes, budgets, and styles.
During the furniture procurement process, we will:
-
Short-lists furniture manufacturers and vendors
-
Develop RFP for furniture
-
Review furniture fee proposals, develop a comparative matrix with ranking and recommendations for furniture.

Closeout of the Project
Handover and closeout take place after the construction has ended. The client can occupy the space, but the contractor remains responsible for rectifying defects during a period known as the 'defects liability period,' which typically lasts six to twelve months.
During the closeout process, we will:
-
Review closeout documentation from the contractor
-
Check warranties, guarantees, and service contracts
Integrity is the core of our integrated development process. We take no shortcuts and engage with clients in a fully transparent manner.
